SLA is based on photosensitive resin as raw material, and the laser is controlled by computer to scan the surface of the liquid photosensitive resin point by point according to the section information of each layer of the part. The resin thin layer in the scanned area generates photopolymerization reaction and solidifies, forming a thin layer of the part. After the first layer is cured, the table is moved one layer thick, and a new layer of liquid resin is applied to the previously cured resin surface until the 3D solid model is obtained. This method has the advantages of fast forming speed, high automatization, nearly 100% material utilization, arbitrary complex shape, high dimensional precision and high strength. It is mainly used in the rapid forming of complex and high-precision fine workpiece.
